- 2 / 5By Dave StowersThe evening staff left me underwhelmed and disappointed that I was unable to order a drink because the proper dispenser (which is normally a standard use item and which the store should have had multiples on hand), a French press, couldn't be located and/or was broken.
I also felt that without the help of a severely un-empowered shift leader that the capability of the store to properly function would have been completely incapacitated. Even an obvious Starbucks partner who was visiting the store to purchase an item (off shift) was consulted and wasn't able to offer any additional information or assistance to help (not that it was that person's responsibility). I would suggest that choosing another location to find expertise and experience, which is Starbucks' trademark, would be the best option. Sorely disappointed. Not recommended.December 02, 2016
