  This place is usually pretty busy and we were in a hurry, so we called ahead and were told there was no wait time. However, we arrived 5 minutes later to find there were 3 parties ahead of us. When we mentioned to the hostess that we called ahead were told there was no wait time, she told us these parties just arrived within the last 5 minutes and we would have to wait. The manager David overheard us and apologized for the wait, brought out menus to us in the lobby, and took our drink orders right there. When we sat down a few minutes later, our drinks were on the table and our food was out within 5 minutes. This type of service is unparalleled, and their food was amazing, especially the banana bread and hot chocolate. We were in and out within 25 minutes!! I will definitely become a frequent flyer here.

  1 star only because 0 isn't an option. We had a party of six, and we were given a wait of 15 minutes. We waited 45 minutes and continued seeing people sat that came in after us. We ended up leaving because when we asked about getting sat the manager said it would be at least another 10-30 minutes. They were just waiting for big tables to get up, although numerous 2 and 4 tops turned over that could have easily been pushed together. Zero stars!

  The service here is amazing​ and not something you expect at an affordable breakfast place. The food is delicious and high quality. There is often a wait on the weekends but they provide free coffee while you wait.
